The introduction to nutrition provides an overview of what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat to supply your body with all the necessary nutrients and fuel it requires.

Weight management is done on an individual basis.

 Nutrition in a Nutshell

Nutrition is such a big word, and for most people, it's a minefield. This session breaks down the UK’s core nutrition guidelines and gives you the tools to make more informed, confident choices about what you eat.

Some of the topics covered include:

  • What the UK's guidance is for a healthy diet. 
  • Why carbohydrates play a vital role in energy and health, and the benefits of protein on muscles
  • Which vitamins and minerals are essential, and why.
  • How to read and understand food labels

Pre, Post, and the Pregnancy Journey

Are you pregnant or thinking about pregnancy?
With so much advice out there, what to do, what not to do, and when, it can all feel a bit overwhelming.

My session will support your body in preparing for pregnancy, how to nourish your body while pregnant, and fueling your body post-pregnancy for breastfeeding and energy, to support you and your baby.  All information is taken from the latest NHS guidelines on pregnancy.

Women's Hormones

Women’s hormones can be a funny thing; sometimes they feel like our best friend, other times, our worst enemy. But what if you could work with your cycle instead of against it?

My Women's Hormone session will help you lean into your hormonal rhythm and support its balance through every phase of your cycle.
